COVID-19 Information

We want to take this opportunity as a valued customer to thank you for your ongoing support, particularly in the past few weeks as each of us navigate the constantly changing landscape caused by COVID-19 and assure you that we are here to assist and advise you on travel options.

Currently the ability to travel is severely restricted and we are constantly monitoring all government advice as well as notifications from airlines, tour operators and cruise lines regarding changes that will impact your travel plans. Should you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate in contacting one of our travel professionals who will guide and assist you.

The travel industry is particularly impacted and whilst the scale and speed of this epidemic is unprecedented we have weather other challenges being natural, economic, local or global and in the past and we are taking the learnings from those to navigate our way through this together.

We want to reassure you that Quality Travel have taken measures to ensure business continuity throughout this crisis and have reviewed our costs, discretionary spending and working arrangements to protect our business during the downturn and ensure that we are prepared for the inevitable rebound to travel once this crisis is over.  We have also taken a very strong stance around the social distancing measures whist in our premises which is in line with the governments recommendations.

Refunds are still being processed once we receive funds back from your provider we will contact you. 

Refunds are taking 12 weeks or longer due to the limited capacity of all travel business due to COVID-19 


What happens if I have already booked a holiday?

Should an operator be unable to provide their services as booked, arrangements will be made to offer alternativities or a refund which may take a form of a credit.  For the most up to date airline policies please contact us and we can advise you on these details. 

What happens if I want to change my booked travel plans?

If you choose not to travel as planned every effort will be made to provide alternative arrangements.  Tour operators, cruise lines and airlines are updating conditions on a regular basis please contact us for up to date information specific to your plans.

We are in the business of serving people, and in the mist of this outbreak it is important that we give you as much information as possible, whilst each day we see new developments, rest assured that your safety is paramount to everything that we do and we are constantly monitoring all government advice as well as notifications from airlines, tour operators and cruise lines to provide you with the most up to date information.  Credible information is critical in times like this and we have provided links to helpful information that you may need.
